We have been very laid back regarding this trip and it was only after packing today that I realised that our super duper lightweight suitcases were too large. Either they are too large or we've honed our packing skills to such a level that we need very little space. After some deliberation, i.e. convincing himself that new suitcases were needed, we set off to collect the two that I'd reserved online from Argos. I reserved them at 11:30 am, one was available immediately and the other at 4pm. How do they manage that? At 3:30 my second email arrived to say that suitcase number 2 was available and by 5pm the contents of our super sized suitcases had been transferred and I feel much happier.
Tonight we've checked in, downed a nice bottle of red and watched Red Dragon, very relaxing. Now to bed and let our Rising Sun adventure begin.
